🍽️ Crispy Broccoli Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- salt
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 25 g butter
- 50 g whole wheat flour
- 250 ml milk (3.5 % fat)
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 125 g mozzarella
- 50 g parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the broccoli under running water.
- 2. Separate the broccoli into small florets.
- 3. Bring a pot of plenty of water and salt to a boil.
- 4. Boil the broccoli florets for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 5. Remove the broccoli from the water while it is still firm to the bite.
- 6. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 7. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 8. Heat the butter in a pot.
- 9. Sauté the onion and garlic vegetables until soft.
- 10. Continue cooking the vegetables until they become translucent.
- 11. Stir the flour into the butter mixture.
- 12. Fry the flour mixture for one minute over low heat.
- 13. Pour in the milk gradually.
- 14. Stir the sauce constantly.
- 15. Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes.
- 16. Season the sauce with salt.
- 17. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 18. Grate some nutmeg fresh.
- 19. Add the grated nutmeg to the sauce.
- 20. Place the broccoli in a baking dish.
- 21. Pour the sauce over the broccoli.
- 22. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 23. Place the mozzarella slices on top of the casserole.
- 24. Grate the Parmesan finely.
- 25. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the casserole.
- 26. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 27. Bake the casserole for 25 to 30 minutes.
- 28. Remove the casserole when it is golden brown.
