Ingredients
- 500 g Chinese broccoli (Asian market)
- 200 g bean sprouts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 unwaxed orange
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the tough stems from the broccoli.
- 3. Shake the broccoli dry.
- 4. Cut the broccoli into small, edible pieces.
- 5. Rinse the soybean sprouts briefly.
- 6. Let the soybean sprouts drain well.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Slice the garlic into thin slices.
- 9. Cut the orange in half.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
- 11. Heat the oil in a wok.
- 12. Sauté the garlic together with the soybean sprouts briefly.
- 13. Add the broccoli.
- 14. Sweat the broccoli briefly.
- 15. Lightly dust everything with starch.
- 16. Deglaze everything with the orange juice.
- 17. Add the soy sauce.
- 18. Season the dish with pepper.
- 19. Taste the sauce and adjust if needed.
- 20. Toss everything well.
- 21. Serve the dish.
