🍽️ Creamy Salmon Broccoli Potato Mash

Ingredients
- 100 g broccoli
- 50 g potatoes
- 30 g salmon
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the broccoli and remove any tough stems. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into small cubes along with the broccoli. Wash the salmon, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and cut it into small pieces.
- 2. Place the broccoli, potato cubes, and salmon in a pot. Add a small amount of water and cook the mixture for 10 minutes over medium heat until everything is tender.
- 3. Puree the cooked potatoes, broccoli, and salmon together with the apple juice until smooth. Stir in the rapeseed oil. If the mash is too thick, add a little more water. Check the temperature before serving.
