  7. 7. Slice the celery into thin rounds.
  8. 8. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
  9. 9. Boil the broccoli florets for 3 minutes.
  10. 10. Shock the florets immediately with cold water.
  11. 11. Let the vegetables drain well.
  12. 12. Wash the apricots.
  13. 13. Briefly pour boiling water over the apricots.
  14. 14. Rinse the fruits with cold water.
  15. 15. Peel the apricots.
  16. 16. Halve the apricots.
  17. 17. Remove the pits.
  18. 18. Cut the flesh into thin strips.
  19. 19. Crumble the goat cheese roughly.
  20. 20. Stir the cheese into the cream until smooth.
  21. 21. Heat butter in a pan.
  22. 22. Sauté the diced broccoli stems and celery slices.
