Ingredients
- 2 yellow ripe tomatoes
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 bunch arugula (ca.30 g)
- 4 multigrain rolls
- 250 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 small bowl cress
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes and radishes thoroughly. Slice the tomatoes and radishes into thin rounds. Wash the arugula (a type of leafy green), dry it, and remove any wilted leaves.
- 2. Cut the rolls in half and spread sour cream on the bottom halves. Season with salt and pepper. Top with arugula, tomato, and radish slices. Serve garnished with cress.
