🍽️ Buns filled with fresh salad

Ingredients
- 4 black olives (pitted)
- 1 slice salami (thick approx. 30 g)
- 10 cm cucumber
- Iceberg lettuce leaf
- 1 tomato
- 1 whole grain roll
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp chopped mixed herbs (e.g. dill, parsley)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the olives and dice the salami into very small cubes. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, and dice it finely.
- 2. Clean the salad, wash it thoroughly, spin it dry in a salad spinner, and cut it into thin strips.
- 3. Wash the tomato and slice it.
- 4. Cut off the top of the bun and hollow it out slightly. Mix one tablespoon of cucumber cubes and salad strips each and fill them into the bun. Add the olives and salami, place the tomato slices on top, and cover everything with the bun lid.
- 5. Whisk the oil with vinegar, 50 milliliters of water, salt, and herbs to make the dressing. Toss the salad with it and serve it with the bun.
