Ingredients
- 1 Sesame bun
- Butter
- 1 Lettuce leaf (e.g. Lollo Bianco)
- 1 slice Turkey ham
- 2 slices Kiwi
- 2 Mandarin orange segments
- 2 Apple slices
- Cress
Instructions
- 1. Slice the buns horizontally. Spread both halves thinly with butter. Place the salad mixture on the bottom half of the bun.
- 2. Place the turkey ham slices and the fruits on top. Add some cress. Cover the bun with the top half.
