Ingredients
- 70 g dried plums
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- cinnamon powder (1 small spoon each)
- cloves powder (1 small spoon each)
- 2 whole grain rolls
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp pistachios
Instructions
- 1. Cut the dried plums into small cubes.
- 2. Pour the orange juice over the plum pieces.
- 3. Let the mixture soak overnight.
- 4. Peel the banana.
- 5. Cut the banana in half.
- 6. Puree one banana half together with the soaked plums until smooth.
- 7. Stir the vanilla sugar into the plum-banana mixture.
- 8. Season the mixture with cinnamon.
- 9. Season the mixture additionally with ground cloves.
- 10. Cut the rolls horizontally in the middle.
- 11. Spread the bun halves with cream cheese.
- 12. Spread the bun halves additionally with the plum-banana mixture.
- 13. Slice the second banana into thin slices.
- 14. Place the banana slices on top of the filled bun halves.
- 15. Sprinkle the dish with chopped pistachios.
- 16. Serve the rolls immediately.
