🍽️ Buns with Cheese and Parma Ham

Ingredients
- 250 g Mozzarella
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tomatoes
- 8 leaves radicchio
- 4 sandwich buns
- 4 slices Parma ham
Instructions
- 1. Slice the mozzarella. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Cut the basil into thin strips. Mix both with lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper, and distribute the mixture over the cheese.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Wash the radicchio and dry it. Cut the buns open, top with lettuce and tomato slices. Place the mozzarella and one slice of Parma ham on top, then fold the buns together.
