🍽️ Brie with Melon

Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp pickled capers
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tbsp fine lemon zest strips
- 300 g Brie
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, peel it, and slice or shave it into very thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil.
- 2. Slice the cheese. Drain the capers.
- 3. To serve, arrange the melon slices, cheese, capers, and pine nuts on plates. Garnish with lemon zest strips.
