  5. 5. Halve the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  7. 7. Clean the mushrooms.
  8. 8. Slice the mushrooms into thin strips.
  9. 9. Heat a large pan.
  10. 10. Fry the pretzel pieces in 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown.

  12. 12. Place the pretzel pieces on kitchen paper to drain the fat.
  13. 13. Fry the mushrooms and onions in the remaining butter in the same pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
