  1. 1. Heat ghee in a large pot.
  2. 2. Brown the meat cubes in batches.
  3. 3. Peel the onions.
  4. 4. Cut the onions into large pieces.
  5. 5. Sauté the onions in the remaining fat until translucent.
  6. 6. Return the meat to the pot.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the meat with paprika powder.
  8. 8. Deglaze the mixture with beer.
  9. 9. Add the beef stock.
  10. 10. Add cumin, salt, and pepper.
  11. 11. Place the lid on the pot.
  12. 12. Simmer the goulash for 90 minutes.
  13. 13. Halve the peppers.
  14. 14. Remove the core from the peppers.
  15. 15. Wash the peppers.
  16. 16. Cut the peppers into large pieces.
  17. 17. Add the peppers to the goulash.
  18. 18. Cook everything for another 30 minutes.
  19. 19. Stir in the crème fraîche before serving.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.
