  4. 4. Peel the potatoes.
  5. 5. Let the potatoes cool down completely.
  6. 6. Wash the cucumber.
  7. 7. Grate the cucumber finely using a kitchen grater.
  8. 8. Wash the chives.
  9. 9. Shake the chives dry.
  10. 10. Cut the chives into small rings.
  11. 11. Mix salad cream, yogurt, and sugar in a bowl.
  12. 12. Season the yogurt mixture with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Slice the cooled potatoes.
  14. 14. Mix the potato slices with the grated cucumber.
  15. 15. Add the yogurt mixture and the chives.
  16. 16. Let the salad rest for about 20 minutes.
  17. 17. Taste the salad again at the end and adjust seasoning if needed.
  18. 18. Whisk together mustard, sugar, vinegar, peppercorns, and olive oil to make a dressing.
