🍽️ Avocado Bratwurst Wrap

Ingredients
- 4 wheat tortillas
- 8 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 small sausages
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 bunch basil
- salt (pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the avocado and cut it in half.
- 2. Remove the pit and dice the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Toss the avocado cubes immediately with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 4. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- 5. Tear the leaves into large, bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 7. Finely chop the fresh basil leaves.
- 8. Finely chop the peeled garlic as well.
- 9. Put the lettuce, tomatoes, basil, and garlic into a bowl.
- 10. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil.
- 11. Season the salad generously with salt and pepper.
- 12. Fry the bratwurst sausages in a little fat until golden brown on all sides.
- 13. Place a portion of the salad on each wheat tortilla.
- 14. Spread two-thirds of the tomato mixture on the lettuce.
- 15. Add some avocado cubes.
- 16. Place two bratwurst sausages on the filling.
- 17. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- 18. Serve the wraps with the remaining salsa.
