  1. 1. Peel the avocado and cut it in half.
  2. 2. Remove the pit and dice the flesh into small cubes.
  3. 3. Toss the avocado cubes immediately with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. 4. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
  5. 5. Tear the leaves into large, bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  7. 7. Finely chop the fresh basil leaves.
  8. 8. Finely chop the peeled garlic as well.
  9. 9. Put the lettuce, tomatoes, basil, and garlic into a bowl.
  10. 10. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil.
  11. 11. Season the salad generously with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Fry the bratwurst sausages in a little fat until golden brown on all sides.
  13. 13. Place a portion of the salad on each wheat tortilla.
  14. 14. Spread two-thirds of the tomato mixture on the lettuce.
  15. 15. Add some avocado cubes.
  16. 16. Place two bratwurst sausages on the filling.
  17. 17. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
  18. 18. Serve the wraps with the remaining salsa.
