  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
  3. 3. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pot and sauté the onions and potato slices briefly. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, and simmer covered for about ten minutes.
  4. 4. Slice the radishes very thinly. Transfer the potatoes along with the cooking liquid to a bowl, add vinegar, salt, pepper, and the remaining oil. Fold in the radishes and let the salad marinate for about twenty minutes.
  5. 5. Pan-fry the sausages in hot oil over medium heat until browned all around. Serve the sausages and potato salad on plates.
  6. 6. Serve the dish with a side of fresh corn salad if desired.
