  6. 6. Boil the broccoli florets in salted water for 3 minutes.
  7. 7. Let the broccoli drain.
  8. 8. Wash the green beans and trim the ends.
  9. 9. Boil the green beans in salted water for 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Drain the green beans.
  11. 11. Wash the tomatoes and briefly scald them with hot water.
  12. 12. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Halve the tomatoes and remove the inside.
  14. 14. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  15. 15. Add the egg noodles to a pot with plenty of boiling water.
  16. 16. Immediately remove the pot from the heat.
  17. 17. Let the noodles sit in the hot water for about 4 minutes.
