Ingredients
- 800 g firm-cooking potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Cut them into quarters and place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 2. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil. Roast them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat (180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted; Gas: Level 3) for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Turn the potatoes occasionally to ensure even browning.
- 3. Remove the finished potatoes from the oven. Arrange them in a serving dish and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
