  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and slice them. Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, remove the core, and slice them into wedges.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a large non-stick pan. Fry the apple wedges and remove them from the pan. Add the potato slices to the fat and fry until golden brown, turning occasionally. Peel the onions, slice them into rings, and fry them along with the potatoes.
  3. 3. Roughly chop the green pepper and mix it with the apples into the potatoes. Season everything with salt.
  4. 4. Heat the remaining ghee in a second pan. Slice the sausage and fry it briefly on both sides. Place the sausage on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with chives.
