🍽️ Crispy Fried Potatoes in Creamy Wine and Onion Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- salt
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp butter
- 80 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp green peppercorns (from the jar)
- 200 g whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and rinse them thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Slice the potatoes into even rounds.
- 3. Boil the potato slices in salted water for 15 minutes until they are half-cooked.
- 4. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 5. Heat the butter in a deep pan.
- 6. Fry the potato slices and onion rings in the butter until well browned.
- 7. Deglaze the pan with wine.
- 8. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 9. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- 10. Pour in the cream and heat it through briefly.
- 11. Serve the dish immediately.
