🍽️ Fried Potatoes with Spicy Spanish Chorizo Sausage

Ingredients
- 750 g boiled potatoes
- 200 g chorizo (spicy raw sausage)
- 2 onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- cumin
- 2 sprigs parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and slice them. Remove the casing from the sausage, cut it in half, and slice into half-rings. Peel the onions, cut them in half, and slice into half-rings.
- 2. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the potato slices until lightly golden brown. Add the chorizo, toast briefly, and add the onions. Fry everything well until it smells aromatic. Season the fried potatoes with salt, pepper, and cumin, and let them cook a bit longer.
- 3. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and chop it finely. Sprinkle the parsley over the finished fried potatoes.
