🍽️ Crispy Pan-Fried Potatoes with Rosemary

Ingredients
- 800 g firm-cooking potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- coarse sea salt
- 3 tbsp rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 3. Pat the potatoes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the potatoes into four equal pieces.
- 5. Drizzle some oil over the potato pieces.
- 6. Sprinkle salt over them.
- 7. Spread everything evenly on a baking sheet.
- 8. Distribute the fresh rosemary sprigs evenly over the top.
- 9. Place the tray in the hot oven.
- 10. Bake the potatoes for about 30 to 35 minutes.
- 11. Remove them when they are golden brown and crispy.
- 12. Serve them directly on a serving platter.
