  6. 6. Peel the onions.
  7. 7. Cut the onions in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Slice the onion halves into wedges.
  9. 9. Cut the cooled potatoes into coarse cubes.
  10. 10. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
