  6. 6. Remove the meat sausage from its casing.
  7. 7. Cut the sausage in half lengthwise.
  8. 8. Slice the sausage into approximately 1 cm thick pieces.
  9. 9. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
  10. 10. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  11. 11. Grate the cheese or cut it into small cubes.
  12. 12. Season the fried potatoes with salt.
  13. 13. Season the fried potatoes with pepper.
  14. 14. Season the fried potatoes with paprika powder.
  15. 15. Fold in the meat sausage slices.
  16. 16. Fry the sausage briefly.
  17. 17. Place the tomato quarters on top of the potatoes.
  18. 18. Sprinkle Herbs de Provence over everything.
