🍽️ Crispy Pan-Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
- 800 g firm-cooking potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Cut them into quarters and place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 2. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil. Roast them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius with fan or gas mark 3) for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Turn the potatoes occasionally to ensure even browning.
- 3. Remove the finished potatoes from the oven. Arrange them in a serving dish and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
