🍽️ Crispy pan-fried potatoes using pre-boiled potatoes

Ingredients
- 800 g firm-boiling peeled potatoes (cooked and cooled)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 tsp chopped thyme leaves
- 6 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pre-boiled potatoes into large, bite-sized cubes and toss them lightly in flour.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves and halve them if they are quite large.
- 3. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the potatoes, and fry them slowly over medium heat until golden brown all around. Add the garlic towards the end to fry it along with the potatoes. Season everything with thyme, salt, and pepper.
