🍽️ Crunchy Ham with Pistachio Glaze

Ingredients
- 800 g ham roast (lightly cured)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from a grinder)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ground pistachios
- chopped pistachios (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 160 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Rinse the ham briefly and then dry it with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Brush the ham lightly with oil.
- 4. Season the ham with pepper.
- 5. Place the meat on a rack in the oven.
- 6. Place a tray under the rack to catch the dripping fat.
- 7. Roast the ham for about one hour.
- 8. Warm the honey in a small bowl.
- 9. Stir the pistachios into the honey.
- 10. Brush the roast repeatedly with the honey-pistachio mixture during the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
- 11. Sprinkle the finished roast with chopped pistachios.
- 12. Serve the roast.
