  1. 1. Place the raisins in the apple juice.
  2. 2. Let the raisins soak for ten minutes.
  3. 3. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the core of the apples using a corer.
  5. 5. Cut slightly into the top of the apples with a knife.
  6. 6. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  7. 7. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise in half.
  8. 8. Scrape out the seeds of the vanilla pod with a knife.
  9. 9. Drain the raisins.
  10. 10. Save the liquid from the raisins.
  11. 11. Pour the raisin liquid into a baking dish.
  12. 12. Mix the drained raisins with the almonds.
  13. 13. Add the almond butter to the mixture.
  14. 14. Add two tablespoons of agave syrup.
  15. 15. Add the oat flakes to the mixture.
  16. 16. Season the filling with cinnamon.
  17. 17. Add half of the vanilla seeds to the filling.
  18. 18. Fill the apples with the prepared mixture.
  19. 19. Place the filled apples in the baking dish.
  20. 20. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
  21. 21. Bake the apples for twenty minutes in the oven.
  22. 22. Stir the yogurt in a separate bowl.
  23. 23. Add the remaining vanilla seeds to the yogurt.
  24. 24. Add turmeric to the yogurt.
  25. 25. Sweeten the yogurt sauce with the rest of the agave syrup.
  26. 26. Remove the baked apples from the oven.
  27. 27. Serve the apples together with the yogurt sauce.
