🍰 Baked Apples with Almonds

Ingredients
- 4 large apples (Tart or sweet, depending on your taste)
- 200 g almond slivers
- 150 g raisins
- sugar
- Calvados
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly and carefully remove the core using a corer. Toast the almond slivers in a pan without any added fat. Place the apples on a buttered baking sheet and fill the hollow centers with the almonds, raisins, and sugar.
- 2. Drizzle one teaspoon of Calvados into each filled cavity. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees with fan). Place the baking sheet on the middle rack and bake the apples for 30 minutes. Serve them while still hot with whipped cream.
