🍰 Oven Apples with Honey and Cinnamon

Ingredients
- 4 nice apples
- 80 g butter
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 glass cider
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly and dry them. Cut off the top part (about one quarter of the height) to use as a lid. Remove the core with a melon baller. Place the bread slices in a baking dish and set the apples on top.
- 2. Drizzle one tablespoon of honey into each apple and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place the lids on top and distribute small pieces of butter over them. Pour in the cider and bake the apples in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes.
