  1. 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the cucumber into long, thin strips.
  3. 3. Rinse the orange under hot water.
  4. 4. Dry the orange with a cloth.
  5. 5. Slice the orange into rounds.
  6. 6. Halve the orange slices.
  7. 7. Briefly rinse the lemon balm under water.
  8. 8. Pick the lemon balm leaves off the stems.
  9. 9. Place the cucumber strips into a large jug.
  10. 10. Add the orange halves to the jug.
  11. 11. Add the lemon balm leaves to the jug.
  12. 12. Fill the jug with Pimm’s.
  13. 13. Place the jug in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Top up the punch with lemonade.
  15. 15. Add a few ice cubes to the punch.
  16. 16. Serve the drink immediately.
