🥤 Refreshing Cucumber and Orange Punch

Ingredients
- 0.5 cucumber (approx. 60 g)
- 1 unpeeled orange
- 0.5 handful lemon balm
- 200 ml Pimm's liqueur
- 300 ml lemon-lime soda
- 10 ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the cucumber into long, thin strips.
- 3. Rinse the orange under hot water.
- 4. Dry the orange with a cloth.
- 5. Slice the orange into rounds.
- 6. Halve the orange slices.
- 7. Briefly rinse the lemon balm under water.
- 8. Pick the lemon balm leaves off the stems.
- 9. Place the cucumber strips into a large jug.
- 10. Add the orange halves to the jug.
- 11. Add the lemon balm leaves to the jug.
- 12. Fill the jug with Pimm’s.
- 13. Place the jug in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- 14. Top up the punch with lemonade.
- 15. Add a few ice cubes to the punch.
- 16. Serve the drink immediately.
