Ingredients
- 400 g honeydew melon
- 400 g cantaloupe melon
- 400 g watermelon
- 100 ml peppermint liqueur
- 2 limes
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- 3 bottles prosecco (700 ml each)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Remove the seeds from the melons and use a melon baller to form small balls. Place the mint liqueur and melon balls in a large bowl and let the mixture infuse for about 1 hour.
- 2. Squeeze the limes. Add the lime juice and sugar syrup to the melon balls. Just before serving, top up the punch with well-chilled Prosecco. Garnish with fresh mint.
