Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Crushed Ice
- 40 ml dry Gin (Bombay Saphire)
- Passion fruit juice (to top up)
- 20 ml Grenadine
Instructions
- 1. Fill the chilled cocktail glass to the top with ice.
- 2. Pour the Bombay gin and passion fruit juice over the ice and stir the mixture well.
- 3. Let the grenadine flow very slowly over the back of a spoon into the glass to create the typical gradient effect.
