  1. 1. Bring salted water to a boil. Add the frozen beans directly to the boiling water, add the leek and cumin, and cook everything for about 8 minutes. Then drain the vegetables in a sieve and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Peel the garlic clove and press the garlic directly into the dressing.
  3. 3. Pluck the chervil leaves from the stems and stir them in. Mix the drained beans and leek with the dressing. Cover the bowl and let the salad marinate for 1 hour.
