🍽️ Bean Salad with Leek

Ingredients
- 600 g frozen broad white beans
- 1 stalk leek (cleaned, cut into rings)
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- white pepper (from the mill)
- 2 sprigs fresh chervil
Instructions
- 1. Bring salted water to a boil. Add the frozen beans directly to the boiling water, add the leek and cumin, and cook everything for about 8 minutes. Then drain the vegetables in a sieve and let them drain well.
- 2. Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Peel the garlic clove and press the garlic directly into the dressing.
- 3. Pluck the chervil leaves from the stems and stir them in. Mix the drained beans and leek with the dressing. Cover the bowl and let the salad marinate for 1 hour.
