🍽️ Moroccan-style bean salad

Ingredients
- 600 g broad beans
- 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)
- 70 g red onions (1 red onion)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring water with some salt to a boil in a pot. Cook the beans in it over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Immediately shock them with cold water and let them drain. Optionally peel off the skins. Let the beans cool down completely.
- 2. Wash the parsley, shake it dry and chop it finely. Peel the onion and garlic and cut them into small cubes. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 3. Mix the parsley, onion and garlic with the oil, one tablespoon of lemon juice, the honey and the cumin. Fold the beans into the mixture and season everything with salt and pepper to taste.
