  6. 6. If the dough is too dry, add a little more flour.
  7. 7. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more milk.
  8. 8. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  9. 9. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  10. 10. Rinse the beans under running water.
  11. 11. Cut off the hard ends of the beans.
  12. 12. Bring water to a boil and add some salt.
  13. 13. Boil the beans for 8 minutes (blanching means briefly cooking food in boiling water).
  14. 14. Drain the water and rinse the beans with cold water.
  15. 15. Let the beans drain well in a sieve.
  16. 16. Stir the quark with the cream.
  17. 17. Add the grated cheese to the quark mixture.
  18. 18. Beat the eggs into the mixture.
