Ingredients
- 800 g borlotti beans (from the can)
- 6 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 6 tbsp flat-leaf parsley (chopped small with scissors)
- 0.25 tsp chili flakes
- 350 g goat cheese (cut into cubes)
- sea salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Place the drained beans in a large bowl and mix them thoroughly with all the other ingredients.
- 2. Season the salad to taste with salt and pepper, plate it, and serve immediately.
