🍽️ Pan dish with sausage, beans and spinach

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 200 g pickled red bell peppers (jar)
- 400 g white beans (can)
- 250 g fresh leaf spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 6 frying sausages
- 20 g ghee
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and the onion.
- 2. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- 3. Take the peppers out of the can.
- 4. Let the peppers drain.
- 5. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Rinse the beans under cold water.
- 7. Let the beans drain well.
- 8. Wash the spinach.
- 9. Remove any tough stems from the spinach.
- 10. Shake the spinach dry.
- 11. Heat some oil in a pan.
- 12. Sauté the onion cubes and garlic in it briefly.
- 13. Wait until the vegetables are fragrant.
- 14. Add the spinach to the pan.
- 15. Stir the spinach.
- 16. Wait until the spinach has wilted.
- 17. Mix the peppers into the pan.
- 18. Mix the beans into the pan.
- 19. Let everything simmer for a few minutes.
- 20. Season the pan with salt.
- 21. Season the pan with pepper.
- 22. Fry the sausages in a second pan.
- 23. Use hot clarified butter for this.
- 24. Fry the sausages until golden brown on all sides.
- 25. Cut the sausages into pieces about 3 centimeters long.
- 26. Fold the sausage pieces into the vegetable pan.
- 27. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
