🍽️ Bean and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g broad beans (can)
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 larger red onion
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp basil (chopped)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Drain the beans in a colander. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into halves or quarters. Peel the onion and slice it into thin strips. Combine the beans, tomatoes, and onion strips in a large bowl and mix gently.
- 2. Whisk the vinegar with salt, pepper, and oil in a small bowl. Stir in the chopped basil leaves. Add this dressing mixture along with the cottage cheese to the vegetable mixture in the large bowl and toss everything well until evenly combined.
