  6. 6. Slice the onions into thin rings.
  7. 7. Tear the Lollo Bianco leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  8. 8. Wash the salad leaves.
  9. 9. Dry the salad leaves using a salad spinner.
  10. 10. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems.
  11. 11. Gently heat the olive oil in a pan.
  12. 12. Add the thyme leaves to the warm oil and briefly sauté them.
  13. 13. Stir vinegar, salt, and pepper into the oil mixture to make the dressing.
  14. 14. Mix the drained beans, celery, onions, and salad with the dressing.
