  8. 8. Dice the papaya into small cubes.
  9. 9. Cut the chili pepper finely.
  10. 10. Dice the bell pepper into small cubes.
  11. 11. Add the papaya, chili, and bell pepper to the cooled beans.
  12. 12. Add the cut spring onions to the beans.
  13. 13. Finely chop the mint.
  14. 14. Finely chop the basil.
  15. 15. Add the chopped herbs to the beans.
  16. 16. Add the grated or chopped ginger to the beans.
  17. 17. Add the lime juice to the beans.
  18. 18. Add the olive oil to the beans.
  19. 19. Mix all ingredients well.
