  1. 1. Pour the chickpeas into a sieve and rinse them under cold water.
  2. 2. Puree the chickpeas finely using a hand blender.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Mash the garlic with salt into a paste.
  5. 5. Add the garlic paste to the chickpeas.
  6. 6. Stir in tahini, lemon juice, cumin, and oil.
  7. 7. Stir until a creamy mixture forms.
  8. 8. Season the cream with salt.
  9. 9. Peel the onion and dice it.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic for the burgers.
  11. 11. Drain the chickpeas.
  12. 12. Rinse the chickpeas again.
  13. 13. Let the chickpeas drain well.
  14. 14. Puree the chickpeas finely in a blender.
  15. 15. Add the garlic and onion to the blender.
  16. 16. Fold in the coriander leaves.
  17. 17. Add ground coriander.
  18. 18. Add cumin.
  19. 19. Add the egg.
  20. 20. Check if the dough is too soft.
  21. 21. If so, add breadcrumbs.
  22. 22. Mix everything into a moldable dough.

  30. 30. Cut out the stem area of the tomatoes.

  33. 33. Slice the cucumber thinly.
  34. 34. Wash the salad.
  35. 35. Remove the tough stems from the salad.
  36. 36. Tear the salad into small pieces.
  37. 37. Distribute the tomatoes on the bun halves.
  38. 38. Distribute the cucumber on the bun halves.
  39. 39. Distribute the salad on the bun halves.
  40. 40. Distribute the burger patties on the bun halves.
  41. 41. Add some of the chickpea cream on top.
  42. 42. Place the lids of the buns back on.
  43. 43. Serve the rolls.
