🍽️ Blood orange salad with onions and radish

Ingredients
- 4 blood oranges
- 3 red onions
- 200 g white radish
- 3 small red chili peppers
- 1 bunch coriander
- salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the blood oranges and slice them thinly. Peel the onions and radish, then grate both very finely. Clean the chili peppers, rinse them, and cut them into thin strips. Wash the coriander, shake it dry, and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 2. Layer the orange slices in a bowl with the onions, radish, chili, and coriander, sprinkling each layer lightly with salt. Cover the bowl and let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 3. Drizzle olive oil over the salad and mix everything gently.
