  2. 2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly. Let it boil vigorously for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then stir in the citric acid.
  3. 3. Skim off the foam and immediately fill the jelly hot to the brim into jars. Seal the jars immediately.
