🍰 Blood Orange Jelly

Ingredients
- freshly squeezed blood orange juice
- fine thyme leaves
- 250 g jam sugar (2:1)
- 1 packet citric acid
Instructions
- 1. Add the orange juice, thyme leaves, and pectin sugar to a pot and stir well.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly. Let it boil vigorously for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then stir in the citric acid.
- 3. Skim off the foam and immediately fill the jelly hot to the brim into jars. Seal the jars immediately.
