🍽️ Roasted Cauliflower with Crispy Pine Nuts and Cheese

Ingredients
- 800 g cauliflower (1 cauliflower)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 30 g butter (2 tbsp)
- 50 g pine nuts
- 30 g parmesan (1 piece)
- 20 g basil (1 bunch)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the tough stems and leaves from the cauliflower.
- 2. Rinse the cauliflower under running water.
- 3. Break the head into small, bite-sized florets.
- 4. Bring a pot of water and salt to a boil.
- 5. Boil the cauliflower florets for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 6. Remove the cauliflower from the heat when it is still slightly firm to the bite.
- 7. Rinse the chili pepper under running water.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
- 9. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 10. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 11. Finely chop the garlic.
- 12. Melt the butter in a pan.
- 13. Add the chili pepper, garlic, and pine nuts to the pan.
- 14. Fry the ingredients until golden brown over medium heat.
- 15. Grate the Parmesan finely.
- 16. Rinse the basil under running water.
- 17. Dry the basil thoroughly.
- 18. Finely chop the basil.
- 19. Drain the cauliflower.
- 20. Let the cauliflower drip dry for a moment.
- 21. Mix the cauliflower with the mixture from the pan.
- 22. Season the dish with salt.
- 23. Season the dish with lemon juice.
- 24. Season the dish with pepper.
- 25. Divide the vegetables among four plates.
- 26. Sprinkle the dish with the grated Parmesan.
- 27. Sprinkle the dish with the fresh basil.
