  6. 6. Mix the eggs with the grated cheese.
  7. 7. Add the psyllium husks.
  8. 8. Psyllium husks are a fiber source that acts as a binder.
  9. 9. Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper on top.
  10. 10. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. The psyllium husks swell during this time.
  12. 12. Fold the cauliflower flakes into the mixture.
  13. 13. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  14. 14. Spread the cauliflower mixture onto the sheet.
  15. 15. Shape 2 or 4 thin, round crusts.
  16. 16. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  17. 17. Use 180 °C with fan setting.
