🍽️ Cauliflower with Crispy Breadcrumb Butter

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg cauliflower (purple, green and white)
- salt
- 50 g butter
- 50 g whole wheat breadcrumbs
- nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly, remove the outer leaves, and break it into small florets. Set aside a few tender young leaves for garnish. Boil the cauliflower in salted water for about 8 minutes until it is al dente.
- 2. Place the butter and breadcrumbs in a pan and fry them over the stove, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Toss the drained cauliflower briefly in the butter-breadcrumb mixture, season with salt and freshly grated nutmeg. Serve the dish garnished with the reserved leaves.
