🍽️ Potato-Cauliflower Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients
- 50 g potatoes (1 small potato)
- 100 g cauliflower
- 10 g rolled oats (1 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp apple juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potato thoroughly, peel it, and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. Clean the cauliflower, wash it, and separate it into small florets. Peel the stems and chop them into small pieces as well.
- 3. Heat 150 milliliters of water in a small pot. Add the potatoes and cauliflower and cook them covered for 10 to 15 minutes until soft.
- 4. Add the oat flakes and cook the mixture for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat. Stir in the oil and apple juice, then blend everything smooth with a hand blender. Check the temperature before feeding the baby.
