🍽️ Lightning Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 sprigs basil
- 100 g dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste (40 g)
- 425 g canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp honey (15 g)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Chop the garlic roughly.
- 3. Peel the onion.
- 4. Cut the onion into fine cubes.
- 5. Wash the fresh basil.
- 6. Shake the basil dry.
- 7. Pluck the basil leaves off the stems.
- 8. Drain the marinated tomatoes.
- 9. Catch three tablespoons of the oil in the process.
- 10. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into coarse cubes.
- 11. Put the chopped garlic into a food processor.
- 12. Add the onion cubes.
- 13. Add the basil leaves.
- 14. Add the tomato paste.
- 15. Put the cubed sun-dried tomatoes in.
- 16. Pour in the caught oil.
- 17. Put the canned tomatoes with their liquid in.
- 18. Add the honey.
- 19. Puree the ingredients finely.
- 20. Alternatively, you can put the ingredients in a tall beaker and mix with a hand blender.
- 21. Season the finished sauce with salt.
- 22. Season the sauce finally with pepper.
