🍝 Quick Orzo Pasta with Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g orzo pasta
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack FRoSTA (leaf spinach)
- 200 g whipping cream
- 2 tbsp FRoSTA (herbs all' Italiana)
- 0.5 organic lemon (zested)
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- salt
- pepper
- grated Parmesan (for garnishing)
- basil (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 2. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a pot.
- 5. Sauté the onion and garlic in it for about 2 minutes.
- 6. Add the pasta and the vegetable broth.
- 7. Bring everything to a boil once.
- 8. Let the pasta cook for about 8 minutes.
- 9. Wash the tomatoes.
- 10. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 11. Add the FRoSTA spinach and the cream to the pasta.
- 12. Let everything simmer covered for 4 to 6 minutes.
- 13. Stir occasionally.
- 14. Add the FRoSTA frozen herbs all Italiana.
- 15. Add the lemon zest.
- 16. Add the crème fraîche.
- 17. Stir everything well.
- 18. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 19. Garnish the pasta with grated Parmesan.
- 20. Garnish the pasta with fresh basil leaves.
