  3. 3. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
  4. 4. Stir the yeast milk into the flour mixture along with the melted butter and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Cover the bowl.
  6. 6. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
  7. 7. Whip the egg white until stiff.
  8. 8. Gently fold the whipped egg white into the finished batter just before cooking.
  9. 9. Heat some ghee in a frying pan.
  10. 10. Pour one ladle of batter into the pan.
  11. 11. Spread the batter thinly in the pan.
  12. 12. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
  13. 13. Keep the finished pancakes warm.
  14. 14. Layer the pancakes alternately with the crispy fish bladders, the trout pieces, and the seasoned sour cream.
  15. 15. Use all ingredients until they are used up.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the filled pancakes with fresh chopped chives.
  17. 17. Place a second pancake diagonally on top to connect them.
